A joint venture of Sankalchand Patel University, Visnagar affiliated Nootan Pharmacy College and Gujarat Council of Science and Technology, Gandhinagar on 9th September organized a scientific conference on "PHARMACEUTICAL SCIENCES AND DRUG DEVELOPMENTS". The Chief Guest at the inaugural function of the e-Conference was the Chancellor of Delhi Pharmaceutical Science and Research University, Dr. Ramesh K. Goyal was present who encouraged the students for startup using advanced 3D printing technology. In the special presence of the guest of the conference, Principal of Dr. D. Y. Patil College, Pune, Dr. Sohan Chitlang presented his thoughts on Artificial Intelligence, Data Management and Customized Drug Development Process. The technical director of the Sankalchand Patel University, Dr. D. J. Shah highlighted the various activities of SSIP Cell, Patent Information Cell, Super Computer Facility and I-Hub, Innovation Center functioning at the University. The Principal and Dean of Nootan College of Pharmacy, Dr. . J. K. Patel provided detailed information on various research projects working in the college, importance of Pharmacist in Drug Development and Technology, AICTE and ICMR funded modern research lab. In the speaker of the international conference, from Mercer University, USA. Dr. Mahavir Chongle presented his research on a useful drug delivery system in lung cancer. About the nanocrystal technology currently in use and its importance in the research industry, from the University of the West Indies. Dr. Madan Mohan Gupta was the light. Principal of Nanavati College of Pharmacy, Mumbai, Dr. Munira Momin provided detailed information on Nano Formulation and Product Development Formulation. More than 45 research scholars and faculty members from countries like India and USA presented their research papers at the conference. The winning Research Scholars were awarded certificates and cash prizes. Shri. Prakashbhai Patel, President of Sankalchand Patel University, Provost Dr. J. R.
