About Nootan Ayurvedic College & Research Centre

Nootan Ayurvedic College & Research Centre is an initiative of Nootan Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal, Visnagar and managed as constituent college of Sankalchand Patel University has been established in 2016 under Gujarat Private University Act and recognized by the UGC under Section 2(f) of UGC act 1956.

The Nootan Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal(NSVKM), a charitable Trust established in the year 1952 by the freedom fighter and Social Entrepreneur “Karmveer” Shri Sankalchandbhai Patel with the objective of working towards education and Health need of the people in North Gujarat region and Gujarat State. We offer a holistic approach towards building a community that values cultural diversity and respect for religion, age, gender, and socio-economic status. We also encourage the students to go beyond the course curriculum and participate in exhibitions, events, conferences, seminars, research projects and student exchange programs. By enhancing student’s skills with this unique blend of learning and business culture at the campus giving them the strength to thrive in the market.

Ayurvedic medicine (“Ayurveda” for short) is one of the world’s oldest holistic (“whole-body”) healing systems. It was developed more than 3,000 years ago in India. It’s based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Its main goal is to promote good health, not fight disease. But treatments may be geared toward specific health problems In the United States, it’s considered a form of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM).
