A visit to Mahi Dairy at Junagadh was organized by MBA of Sankalchand Patel University. MBA and I-MBA students are taught business management and it is not possible to teach business management with bookish knowledge alone. So how all the subjects being taught such as marketing, finance, human resource and production really help the business was taught at Mahi Dairy Practically. A total of 60 MBA and I-MBA students participated in this visit. Students were admitted after a security check at one o'clock in the afternoon as per Mahi Dairy norms. Students were given in-depth guidance on the process from marketing to production of different milk products such as fresh, gold, yogurt, butter and cheese followed by 1 hour question answers round.
