Department of Periodontology, Narsinhbhai Patel Dental College and Hospital in collaboration with International education centre, Sankalchand Patel University organized a webinar “Scouting beyond Indian horizon: A roadmap after BDS and MDS” under International expert talk series on 14th June, 2022. The webinar was organized by the support and guidance of Sh. Prakash Patel (Hon’ble President, SPU) and Dr. JR Patel (Hon’ble Provost, SPU) and was attended by Dr. Vilas Patel (Associate Dean, NPDCH), Dr. Anil Managutti (Dean External Affairs), Dr. Hiral Parikh (Organizing Chairperson) and Dr. Shilpa Duseja (Organizing Secretary). Dr. Sunita Dhaka (Periodontist, Toronto) and Dr. Shrey Pandya (Oral surgeon, Toronto) gave a detailed information about the avenues for BDS as well as MDS students in many sought after countries like USA, Canada, Newzealand, UAE etc. A detailed insight about the rules, regulations and practices in these countries was provided. The program was attended by 125 participants and included a very interactive question and answer session between speakers and participants.
