Sankalchand Patel University, Visnagar, Gujarat and Mendel University, Brno, Czech Republic, Central Europe has inked an MoU with which the following to engage in cooperation of Academic programs, Joint degree programs and research. Mendel University is named since 1994 after Gregor Mendel, the botanist and “father of genetics”, a base for Biotechnology and Allied health areas. Universities will share their cooperation in exchange of faculty members, students and scientific materials, publications and information’s. Cooperation will be a continuous process for research activities as joint publications, patents, Book proposals and projects.
President of Sankalchand Patel University, visnagar, Gujrat, Shri Prakash Bhai Patel and Provost Dr. D.J Shah congratulated for the fruitful MoU as it first started with research interactions as manuscripts and Book publications later it was inked on 20-10-2022 . Both the Universities are hoping to take this MoU to the next level of academics and joint programs. Dr. Sachidanand Singh, represented Sankalchand Patel University, invitation by Mendel University for teaching students of Forestry and Wood Technology (European Union Fund) from 16-10-2022 to 21-10-2022, during which the MoU was signed between the both universities.
They discussed regarding International and Interdisciplinary research projects, exchange programs, value based teachings, learning and training, out rich courses/certificate program, Joint programs as per new education policy which can be carried out with the academic bodies of both the Universities.
