On the Second Day of Thanganat-2023 Sankalchand Patel University’s students participating with energetic Garba Dance
Sankalchand Patel University organized a Two day’s Navratri festival 'Thangnat-2023'. On the second day, renowned Gujarati folk singer 'Bhala Mori Rama' fame “Arvind Vegda” and his team encouraged students and university staff to participate in Raas-Garba dance with their melodious songs, vibrant clothing, and jewelry.
The event was graced by esteemed guests, including Rishikeshbhai Patel, Cabinet Minister of Health, Family Welfare, and Medical Education of the Gujarat state, and Rajnibhai Patel, the Gujarat State Mahamantri of the Bharatiya Janata Party, and former Home Minister. Delhi Police Superintendent of Police, Sajjan Singh, and Deputy Secretary of Skill Development Commission, Satish T.J., were also present.
The two-day Navratri festival concluded with enthusiastic Raas-Garba performances, and students and staff showcased their talent in traditional attire. President of the University, Prakashbhai Patel, Pro-Vice-Chancellor Dr. P.M. Udhani, and Registrar Dr. Parimal Trivedi extended their warm appreciation and gratitude to all the esteemed guests. The success of this grand event was attributed to the dedicated efforts of the university's entire staff.
