At Sankalchand Patel College of Engineering, the MCA Department of Sankalchand Patel University successfully organized the State-Level Technical Meet, "TechVision-2024," on 03/02/2024. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across the state, including those from BCA, B.Sc. (IT), M.Sc. (IT), B.Com, and MCA programs, totaling over 400 attendees.
The first segment of the meet featured an insightful session by Dr. Sachin Sharma, who provided comprehensive guidance on building a career using diverse technologies within the realm of Artificial Intelligence. The second part comprised both technical and non-technical competitions, including "Tech Rangoli, Tech Presentation, Web Spear, Poster Presentation, Code Villa, Tech Quiz" for technical enthusiasts, and "Just A Minute and Selfie With College" for non-technical enthusiasts. Over 400 students actively participated in these engaging competitions.
The opening ceremony was graced by esteemed personalities such as Mr. Prakashbhai Patel, President of Sankalchand Patel University, Provost Dr. Prafulkumar Udani, Director Technical Dr. H N Shah, Dean (FCS) Dr. Kirit Modi, Principal Dr. P.J. Patel, Associate Dean FCS, and Head of MCA Department Dr. Muhammad Idrish I., along with other Deans, Principals, and Professors from various colleges, who motivated and inspired the participating students.
The closing ceremony marked the felicitation of students securing first, second, and third positions in both technical and non-technical events, as they were presented with trophies and rank certificates. The event successfully celebrated and acknowledged the achievements of the talented participants.
