Cancellation Timeline

If you choose to cancel your admission before the start of the academic term, you are eligible for a refund according to the following schedule:

• In case of cancellation of admission or transfer of a candidate by the Admission Committee, due to administrative reasons, the college or institution will refund the fee collected after deducting administrative charge.
• Cancellation within 10 days of admission confirmation the fees will refunded after deducting administrative charge subject to the condition of such vacated seat being filled up by the other candidate.
• Cancellation after the 10 days commencement of academic term/Enrollment done: No refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund process will be initiated.

Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval.

Refund Calculation

The refund amount will be calculated based on the total fees paid, minus any non-refundable fees as per the university policy.

The university reserves the right to withhold a portion of the fees to cover administrative charges and processing fees associated with the cancellation.

To cancel your admission, you must submit a written application to the Respected Constituent Institute of Sankalchand Patel University, Visnagar.

The cancellation application must include your full name, admission reference number, and a brief explanation for the cancellation.
