Sankalchand Patel University celebrated World No Tobaaco Day on 31-May 2021. as a part of the online celebrations expert talk from Dr. Jayantibhai Bhadesiya, Surgen Bhadesiya Hospital Morbi and Trustee of Vidhyabharti and Seva bharti Morbi was organized on topic "Smoke away your worries and Lungs." e-competitions like drawing and video film making were organized on the day in which students of different faculties actively participated and make the tobacco awareness programme fruitful. Dr. Jayantibhai Motivated students to quit tobacco and cigarrete smoking habits and serve the nation as responsible citizens. Dr. J. R. Patel, Honorable Provost of Sankalchand Patel University also delivered talk on dangerous physical and mental conditions caused by smoking. Dr. Rekha Savanani, registrar, SPU conveyed deep sense of gratitude to all organizers and university family members for successful completion of event.
