On the International Women's Day Sankalchand Patel University and NSS unit enthusiastically celebrated the International Women's Day on 08 March 2022. On this day the Famous artist, Writer, Director Morliben Patel of Gujarati film world as the chief guest and internationally renowned and Miss Kumari Pooja Ghanshyambhai Patel as special guest, who has been awarded the Yogi Award five times, was present and was encouraged with a medal and a cash prize of Rs. 1,00,000/-. On this occasion, female staff of the university and about 50 students of various faculties studying in the University who participated in district, state and international level sports achievement, scientific awards, N. S. S. Parade Camp, and other special achievements. He was awarded a Gold Medal and encouraged to succeed in their life, and thanks and congratulations for the University's continued journey of progress through their collaboration. Shri Prakashbhai Patel, President of Sankalchand Patel University, Provost Dr. J R Patel and Registrar Dr. P K Pandey and all the Deans & HOI were present and congratulate to Organizing committee and NSS Coordinator for the successful organization of International Women's Day.
