At Sankalchand Patel University in Visnagar, the celebration of International Yoga Day included a gathering of more than 1500 employees and students. Under the guidance of Yogacharya Shri Ratnakar Padhana, participants engaged in Yoga and Pranayama, expressing their thoughts on the numerous physical and mental benefits these practices offer.
