An orientation program on the theme “Prarambh 2024” was organized for the Integrated Master of Business Administration (I-MBA) at Sankalchand Patel University. This five-day program aimed at providing a promising start for the comprehensive development of the students. The I-MBA orientation program was designed to give students a broad understanding of the business world, focusing on traditional business practices and the importance of holistic development. Interactive sessions, workshops, and practical learning opportunities equipped participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in a competitive business landscape. Students engaged in various activities promoting personal and professional development, including social management, effective communication, technical proficiency, theater skills, interpersonal relationships, sportsmanship, and management games.
The MBA program at Sankalchand Patel University, operational for 24 years, is committed to nurturing professionals with technical proficiency and a holistic perspective. This year, over 70 students enrolled in the I-MBA program, which offers specializations in finance, marketing, and human resources. The university offers an MBA program post-graduation and an I-MBA program post-12th grade, achieving record placements over the last two years.
President Mr. Prakashbhai Patel and Provost Dr. Prafullkumar Udani welcomed the students, inspiring them to build their careers. Registrar Dr. Parimal Trivedi congratulated the students on choosing management careers. Dr. H. N. Shah, Director of Technical Courses, discussed interdisciplinary education, while Principal Dr. P. J. Patel outlined the opportunities and overview for MBA and I-MBA. Dean Dr. J. K. Sharma emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship in India 2047's development.
