On the occasion of Swachh Bharat Pakhwada (Clean India Fortnight) and International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the staff members of Smt. S. B. Patel Institute of Business Management and NSS (National Service Scheme) unit students enthusiastically celebrated on the 23rd of September 2023. On this occasion, a pledge for Swachh Bharat (Clean India) was taken by individuals with disabilities from Uttar Gujarat Viklang Kalyan Sangh, and guidance was provided on the subject of cleanliness.
In addition, food packets were distributed to individuals with disabilities, and NSS students collectively contributed funds to support the Uttar Gujarat Viklang Kalyan Sangh. This initiative was organized under the guidance of Dr. Jayshree Datta, Principal of the institute. The NSS Program Officer of B.B.A, Prof. Miteshkumar Thakor, and the support of all staff members were instrumental in making this voluntary effort a success.
For this community service initiative, the institute's students received appreciation from the President of the organization, Mr. Prakashbhai Patel, who has always been committed to social causes, and the initiative was endorsed by Provost Dr. Prufalkumar Udani.
