The programme is aimed to introduce teachers about the soft/employability skills required by the industry in the changing scenario due to Covid – 19 Pandemic, so that the teachers can pass on these skills to their students so as to enhance their employability. The tentative programme contents will include: Introduction to soft/employability skills, Developing creativity, Online Interview skills and resume writing, Building positive attitude, Motivating students for learning, Communication skills in digital era, Teamwork skills, Online evaluation of soft skills etc.
