Controller of Examinations

The Controller of Examinations is responsible for ensuring the integrity, transparency and efficiency of the examination system. The office plays a pivotal role in managing the academic evaluation processes in accordance with the regulations of the University and concerned council.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Examination Management
  • Planning, scheduling and conducting End Semester and Supplementary Examinations.
  • Coordinating the central evaluation of answer scripts to ensure timely and fair assessment.
  • Processing and publishing examination results in compliance with University procedures.
  1. Student Support Services
  • Issuing timely notifications and circulars to the constituent institute and students regarding all examination-related processes.
  • Facilitating services such as rechecking, revaluation, answer script viewing, and grievance redressal.
  • Issuing academic credentials including:
    • Grade sheets and statements of marks
    • Percentage certificates
    • Transcripts
    • Provisional Degree Certificates
    • Duplicate certificates upon request
  • Verifying and attesting academic documents for official use.
