The Controller of Examinations is responsible for ensuring the integrity, transparency and efficiency of the examination system. The office plays a pivotal role in managing the academic evaluation processes in accordance with the regulations of the University and concerned council.
Key Responsibilities
- Examination Management
- Planning, scheduling and conducting End Semester and Supplementary Examinations.
- Coordinating the central evaluation of answer scripts to ensure timely and fair assessment.
- Processing and publishing examination results in compliance with University procedures.
- Student Support Services
- Issuing timely notifications and circulars to the constituent institute and students regarding all examination-related processes.
- Facilitating services such as rechecking, revaluation, answer script viewing, and grievance redressal.
- Issuing academic credentials including:
- Grade sheets and statements of marks
- Percentage certificates
- Transcripts
- Provisional Degree Certificates
- Duplicate certificates upon request
- Verifying and attesting academic documents for official use.
