National Science Day was celebrated at CE/IT, SPCE, Sankalchand Patel University on February 27-28-29, 2024. As a part of celebration, various events were organized with the aim to explore emerging technologies such as workshop on “Role of AI in Software Engineering”, by , Experts from PerfectQA LLP, Ahmedabad, Expert talk on” Role of projects and Internship in career development” by, Mr. Amar Gandhi, TPO, SPU, An online session on “Machine Learning and Deep Learning", by Dr. Chirag Patel, HoD CSE Dept., Charusat University, Changa, an expert session on “Student Orientation”, by Mr. Vivek Wandhile, Senior Program Manager, Edunet Foundation. In addition to that, Poster Presentation and Project Exhibition events were organized where more than 200 students enthusiastically participated under the guidance of the faculty members which were evaluate by experts with the support of Mr. Rahul Sha rma, Director, PerfactQA LLP, Ahmedabad. The event was celebrated in collaboration with SPCE-ISTE.
Dr. Piyush J. Patel (Principal, SPCE), Dr. Kirit J. Modi (HoD, CE/IT, SPCE) along with Prof. Vivek K. Shah, Prof. Ankur J. Goswami and Dr. Rajesh Patel smoothly coordinated the entire event. Shri Prakashbhai Patel (President, Sankalchand Patel University), Dr. P. M. Udani (Provost) and Dr. H. N. Shah (Director Technical) had provided necessary guidance and support to make this event a grand success.
