Workshop on "Attitude Building and Personality Development" was held on March 10, 2022 at Sankalchand Patel College of Engineering, Department of Business Management, Sankalchand Patel University.
Expert of this workshop Dr. Premnath Mishra is the Head of English Department in Seth M N Science College at Patan. Who have more than 18 years of experience in Life Skill Training and who have conducted over 100 workshops on this topic had a thoughtful rational dialogue. More than 200 students from MBA, Integrated MBA and BBA departments participated in this workshop. Prof. Dr. Premnath Mishra did a new experiment of communicating by asking questions by raising questions one by one without taking a pro lecture.
In this workshop, Dr. Premnath Mishra said that nowadays there is a huge gap between the talents of the students against their expectations and due to which they get frustrated while taking the job after getting the degree.
Also, how much attention do they pay to their skill development when they are studying? How much do you know English? How Much does Communication Skill Learn? They should ask the question.
He further said that successful people discuss ideas while unsuccessful people only complain so to be successful that failure is in the hands of students.
The MBA department of Sankalchand Patel University has been functioning for the last 21 years and is ranked among the best management schools in Gujarat and the alumni of this college have made a name for themselves at home and abroad.
The department offers a five-year integrated MBA, BBA and a two-year MBA course immediately after graduation.
