Sankalchand Patel University organized “Abroad Marriage Awareness Seminar”

A "wedding awareness seminar abroad" was organized at Sankalchand Patel University on 28-02-2023. The seminar was organized in the joint venture of NRG Center, Mehsana and non -resident Gujarati Pratishthan, Gandhinagar.

The seminar was intended to spread awareness about the precautions to be kept for marrying Indians living abroad and to inform non -resident Gujarati services provided by the Government.

The Chief guest of an orientation program was Shri Dashrath bhai Patel, chairmen, NRGF, Mehsana and President, Mehsana Chamber of commerce and Industries who gave detail note on various social and remarkable activities of this foundation. Advocate Smt. Sheetal Patel explained about various unavoidable situations persist due to ignorance of NRI students and how to overcome these conditions with the help this foundation. she also guided about the legal consequences and precautions should be taken while going to abroad for study or business purpose.

The seminar was attended by 250 to 270 youths, the dignitaries on stage learned about the precautions to be taken while marrying abroad and the various service activities run by the Gujarat government for Gujaratis living abroad.
