A fashion show program was organized on Saturday, March 12, 2022 by Smt. S B Patel Institute of Business Management, affiliated to Sankalchand Patel University.
The program was titled "Walk on Red Carpet - Fashion Show 2022". The program was organized by the B.Sc. Fashion Designing and Management Department of Smt. S B Patel Institute of Business Management.
A total of 35 students from various schools of Visnagar taluka as well as B.Sc. Fashion Designing and Management participated in this program.
The coordinators of the program were Prof. Krupa D Suthar and Prof. Twinkle J. Parmar.
For this competition Prof. Honey N Patel and Dr. Sunita Mangutty who won the award of Best Walk in Mrs. India 2018 were the judges of this program.
The main objective of the program was to provide the students with the necessary information about the actual operation of the fashion and apparel industry.
Fashion shows are organized by the designers to showcase the upcoming clothes in the market.
Today's fashion show was organized to impart the necessary practical knowledge to the students.
The students were very excited for this day. They worked hard to make the program a success.
Students dressed in beautiful themed Indian and Western themes walked the ramp.
The final winners were determined based on the students' ramp walk and oral performance.
Behlim Safa won first prize in the competition.
The approval of this program was given by the President Shri Prakashbhai Patel and Provost Sir Dr J R Patel gave encouragement to the students.
Principal Dr Jayashree Dutta made a crucial contribution to the success of the program by providing proper guidance for the program.
