On December 29, 2024, Shri C. J. Patel College of Computer Studies (BCA), under the management of Sankalchand Patel University, organized a grand Silver Jubilee Alumni Meet 2024. The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of over 150 alumni, including those who had graduated 22 years ago, dedicating their valuable time to the institution.
The program began with an inaugural speech and a warm welcome by Principal Dr. Abhijitsinh Jadeja, who highlighted the pride of completing 25 glorious years as an educational institution. Discussions revolved around the college's growth over the past 25 years and the vital contributions alumni could make toward its future. Alumni shared their professional experiences and reflected on the guidance received during their time at the college.
Established in 1999, Shri C. J. Patel College of Computer Studies has consistently upheld educational excellence in North Gujarat. Its alumni have achieved prestigious positions, including roles at ISRO, government agencies, IT companies, and as managers in the banking sector.
During the meet, current and former faculty guided alumni on tours of the old and new campuses. Alumni were deeply moved as they revisited memories of their student days. The morning session featured cultural programs, interactive sessions, and motivational talks. Alumni reminisced about cherished moments with the college and expressed gratitude for its excellence in education.
In the afternoon, alumni were taken to Taran-Dharan Mata Temple and the Atri Ashram, where they engaged in various recreational activities. The day concluded with a lively Garba session, filling the event with joy and celebration.
The event wrapped up with a group photograph and a networking session, providing alumni and current students the opportunity to exchange thoughts and experiences. The college administration reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening this network and announced plans for similar events in the future.
