A special show screening of The Kashmir Files movie was organized by Sankalchand Patel University on Thursday 17th March at Mehsana Wide Angle Theatre. The Kashmir Files is a true story film depicting the brutal suffering of Kashmiri Pandits during the Kashmir uprising of the 1990s. Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi has said that this film depicts the truth that has been suppressed for many years which is a matter of great courage. It is a matter of great pride and self-esteem to see this movie with the staff of the University, 250 sisters of Narendra Modi Vikas Morcha and 914 persons who met wise citizens of Visnagar taluka. University President Shri Prakash Patel and the entire university family praised the film's lead director Vivek Agnihotri and actors Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborty, Pallavi Joshi and Darshan Kumar's work and adventure. On this occasion Mehsana District BJP President Shri Shri Jashubhai Patel, Vice President Shri Rajubhai Patel (R K) and former President Shri Jashubhai Patel (Kansa) were present. The entire university family thanked the organizers and the management of Wide Angle Theatre for the successful organization of this film.
