A wreath was laid at the statue of Bapu on the three-Darvaja, Bajrang Chowk, Station Road, Visnagar as part of a tribute program on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation of India and Bapu, who made an invaluable contribution to the country's independence and liberated the country. On this occasion the President of Sankalchand Patel University Shri Prakash Patel, Provost Dr. J. R. Patel, Trustees, Principals of the affiliated colleges as well as the office bearers of the University were present and Mahatma Gandhi and other dignitaries were felicitated and their invaluable contribution to the country was recollected.
