At Sankalchand Patel University, our quest has always been to be a place which celebrates students, people and the society. We strive to create a positive difference in the society we live in and have taken concrete decisions which have impacted the community and society at large. Over the years we have initiated various medical check-up camps and so much more for the betterment of people around us. Our university has always championed the ideas of being ethically, morally and environmentally strong and have successfully imparted it to our students.
Sankalchand Patel University has been known to conduct various health check-up camps throughout the year. The purpose of these camps is to reach out to as many people as possible and offer free health check-ups for the people of North Gujarat. We also have the ‘Guinness World Record for conducting the, ‘Largest Dental Health Check-up’ making us renowned worldwide.
The Nootan General Hospital caters to helping patients of North Gujarat and making their lives better. Various activities like fruit distribution, interaction with patients etc. is held on a regular basis wherein the students are encouraged to actively participate.
On 5th September, 2020 the Molecular Lab for Covid-19 Testing was inaugurated. This special lab has been created exclusively for Covid Care. It has met with extremely positive reviews and we are proud to say that the Nootan Medical College and Research Centre has successfully discharged 50 patients in 1 month.
Our blood donation camps are organized to create awareness among the general people of society about various health issues. The camps usually focus on the underprivileged section of the society and making their lives better.
