Every year 1 to 7 August is celebrated as 'World Breastfeeding Week'. Breastfeeding is a precious gift from God to woman. To create awareness among people about healthy breastfeeding, World Breastfeeding Week was celebrated from August 4 to August 5 at different places like Kherva village of Mehsana district and at College by Nootan Nursing College affiliated to Sankalchand Patel University. In which the students gave information and awareness about healthy breastfeeding to the people of the village and the primary health center by performing drama and quiz.
