Department of Public Health Dentistry, Narsinhbhai Patel Dental College and Hospital celebrated No Tobacco Week Celebration with a rally at Visnagar, Oral Health Education and Oral Cancer prevention for the public , habit counselling for tobacco users and screening of oral mucosal lesions camp at Ladol on 27th May, 2022. The students from various institutes of Sankalchand Patel University and members of Gayatri Parivar all gathered at the starting point for the rally. The rally was inaugurated with the Gayatri Mantra by Jayeshbhai Kansara and members of Gayatri Parivar. Dignitaries from the University, our Trustees, Shri Chandrakantbhai Patel and Shri Mahendrabhai Patel, Dr. J.R. Patel, (Provost SPU, Dean, NPDCH), Associate Dean, Dr. Vilas Patel and Heads of other Institutions were present during the inauguration ceremony of the rally.
